Reaspect - Gökhan Perçem ("we," "us," or "our") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application, My Influencer.

1. Summary

My Influencer is an AI-powered content creation app. To deliver its features, we process certain data including account information, payment data, and usage analytics. We are committed to handling your data responsibly and transparently.

2. Information We Collect and How We Use It

A. Account Information

  • Data: Email address and any profile details you provide during registration.
  • Usage: Used to create and manage your account, authenticate you, and communicate service updates or support responses.

B. Payment and Subscription Data

  • Data: Subscription status, purchase history, and transaction identifiers.
  • Usage: To grant access to premium features and process renewals. We do not store your full payment card details. All payment processing is handled by Apple's App Store (StoreKit). Please review Apple's Privacy Policy for details on how payment data is handled.

C. User-Generated Content

  • Data: Text prompts, style preferences, and any inputs you provide to generate AI content (avatars, videos, posts).
  • Usage: Sent to our AI processing infrastructure solely to generate the requested content. Generated outputs are associated with your account for retrieval within the App.

D. Usage Analytics

  • Data: Feature interactions, session duration, crash reports, and device information (OS version, device model).
  • Usage: To improve app stability, understand feature adoption, and prioritize development. This data is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.

E. Advertising Data (if applicable)

  • Data: Device identifiers (IDFA) and approximate location, collected only with your explicit App Tracking Transparency consent.
  • Usage: To display relevant advertisements on the free tier, via Google AdMob or similar networks. You can opt out through Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your device.

3. AI-Generated Content

Content created using My Influencer is generated by artificial intelligence models based on your inputs. You retain ownership of the outputs you generate, subject to our Terms of Service. We do not use your individual content to train our AI models without your explicit consent.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared only in the following circumstances:

  • AI Processing Services: Inputs are sent to our backend AI services to generate content. These services process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
  • Payment Processors: Apple's StoreKit handles all subscription and purchase transactions.
  • Analytics Providers: Aggregated, anonymized usage data may be shared with analytics platforms.
  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or government authority.

5. Data Retention

  • Account data is retained as long as your account is active.
  • Generated content is stored on our servers for a reasonable period to allow retrieval within the App. You may delete your content at any time from within the App.
  • Upon account deletion, your personal data and associated content are removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Your Rights and Choices

  • Access & Correction: You may review and update your account information within the App.
  • Data Deletion: You may delete your account and all associated data by contacting us or using the in-app account deletion option.
  • Opt-Out of Tracking: Decline or revoke the App Tracking Transparency prompt at any time via your iOS Settings.
  • Marketing Emails: You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in those emails.

7. Children's Privacy

My Influencer is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the information promptly.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encrypted data transmission (TLS) and secure server infrastructure, to protect your information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date above and, for significant changes, via an in-app notice.
