1. Introduction

Welcome to Curato ("App"), published by Reaspect - Gökhan Perçem ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using Curato, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Curato is a utility application that allows users to save and organize e-commerce product links. The App provides features to:

  • Organize products into collections.
  • Refresh product data (such as titles and prices) by locally sending requests to the URLs provided by you.
  • Sync data across your devices using iCloud.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

3.1. User-Initiated Data Retrieval

You acknowledge that Curato functions as a tool that acts on your behalf. When you paste a link and request a refresh, the App initiates a request from your device to the target URL to retrieve public information (title, price, image). You agree that:

  • You will only use this feature for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of third-party websites complies with their respective Terms of Service.
  • You will not use the App to scrape data in bulk or in a manner that burdens third-party servers.

3.2. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Save or track links to illegal content or content that violates the rights of others.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.

4. Accuracy of Data

Curato is provided for informational purposes only.

  • No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the product information (including prices, stock status, or titles) retrieved by the App.
  • Dynamic Content: E-commerce websites frequently change their layouts and pricing. The App’s ability to parse data may fail or become inaccurate at any time due to changes on third-party websites.
  • Verification: You should always verify the price and details on the actual merchant's website before making a purchase decision.

5. Intellectual Property

  • App Rights: All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (excluding user-generated content and third-party product data) are and will remain the exclusive property of Reaspect - Gökhan Perçem.
  • Third-Party Content: Product titles, images, and prices displayed within the App remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. The App displays this content solely for your personal organization and reference.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT DATA RETRIEVAL WILL ALWAYS BE SUCCESSFUL.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL REASPECT - GÖKHAN PERÇEM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE APP.
