Reaspect - Gökhan Perçem ("we," "us," or "our") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data when you use our mobile application, Curato.

1. Summary

We believe in data minimization. Curato processes your product data locally on your device. We do not store your saved products, browsing history, or personal information on our own servers.

2. Information We Collect and How We Use It

A. User-Generated Content (Local)

  • Data: The product links, titles, prices, images, and collections you create.
  • Usage: This data is stored locally on your device to provide the App's core functionality. We do not have access to this data.

B. iCloud Synchronization

  • Data: Your saved products and collections.
  • Usage: If you have iCloud enabled, this data is securely transferred to your private iCloud storage to sync across your Apple devices.
  • Privacy: This data is managed by Apple. We cannot access or view your iCloud data. Apple’s storage and processing of this data are governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.

C. Advertising Data (AdMob)

  • Data: Approximate location, device ID (IDFA), and usage data.
  • Usage: We use Google AdMob to display advertisements within the App. AdMob may collect and use this data to show ads that are relevant to you.
  • Control: You can control personalized advertising settings through your device settings (Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking).

D. Third-Party Websites

  • Data: When you refresh a product, the App sends a direct HTTP request from your device to the e-commerce website (e.g., Amazon, Etsy, etc.).
  • Usage: This is necessary to fetch the latest price and title. The third-party website may see your IP address and device user agent, just as if you visited the site using a web browser.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal data to outside parties. Data is only shared as follows:

  • iCloud: To sync your data (encrypted and private to you).
  • Ad Networks: Anonymous data shared with Google AdMob for advertising purposes.
  • Legal Compliance: If required by law, we may disclose information where necessary to comply with a legal process.

4. Your Rights and Choices

  • Opt-Out of Tracking: You may decline App Tracking Transparency permission when prompted, or adjust it in your iOS Settings. This will prevent AdMob from using your device identifier for personalized ads.
  • Data Deletion: You can delete your saved products and collections directly within the App at any time. Since data is stored locally or in your iCloud, deleting it in the App removes it permanently.

5. Children’s Privacy

Curato is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
