Common questions

How do I restore Pro?

Open the Pro tab and choose Restore Purchases. Use the Apple Account that made the purchase.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Open iOS Settings, tap your name, choose Subscriptions, then choose CENSORED. Apple manages billing and cancellation.

Why did automatic detection miss a detail?

Face and object detection provide a starting boundary. Use Static or Keyframes to adjust the covered area, then inspect the exported copy before sharing it.

Does CENSORED change my original?

No. Export creates a new copy in Photos.

How do I report a problem?

Email [email protected] with your iPhone model, iOS version, CENSORED version, and the steps that caused the problem. Do not attach private media unless you choose to share it for support.
